Please read the following information carefully and retain for future reference.

Elite Group

• Returning Varsity player(or swing JV/Vplayer)
• 2012 graduate.

Rising Group--High School and Grade School divisions

• Any high school player that played Freshman or JV during the 2012 season
• 5-8 Graders as during Spring Season 2012.

***Coaches will move players to the group where they will receive the instruction that will benefit them most. 

Note: All players must have a full set of protective gear; including helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, mouthpiece and cup.

Dates: June 4 - 7, 2012

Check-In/Out:

• Check-In: Monday, June 4th at 9:00 a.m.
• Check-Out: Thursday, June 7th at 3:30 p.m.
  

Camp Hours:

• Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Fees:
Sign up before May 1 to get your free shorts at the end of Camp.  Because of the long lead time required to make the fully custom shorts and make sure players get the size they prefer, players who register after May 1st will receive their shorts in the mail 4-6 weeks after camp. 

• Paid in Full $300 (Prior to May 1st)
• Paid in Full $325 (May 1st or after)

Refund Procedures:
If application is withdrawn for ANY reason up to May 31, a refund of all but $150 will be made to the applicant (must be in writing). Absolutely no refunds will be given after June 1, 2012.
